ShakopeeConnect & Applebee's to Host Philanthropic Event

ShakopeeConnect, the Shakopee-based group formed to connect young professionals who live or work in the Shakopee area, will hold a "Happy Hour for a Cause" event at in Shakopee (1568 Vierling Dr. E) on Thursday, March 29th from 5-7pm. 15% of all food and beverage purchases from the group will be donated to the Saints Healthcare Foundation (www.saintshealthcarefoundation.org). The Saints Healthcare Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization that supports and . Its mission is to ensure that resources exist to meet the healthcare needs of the people in the communities served by St. Francis and St. Gertrude's.

Young professionals are invited to come and catch up with colleagues, meet new people and enjoy some great networking at this event, all while supporting a great cause. Saints Healthcare Foundation representatives will be on hand to answer questions and give a little background on the foundation's mission. This event is free to attend and is open to the public (If you chose to purchase food or drink, 15% of your check will be donated).
