What are you doing to advance the 'up and comers' at your organization?
Consider sending them to one or all of the Chamber’s quarterly leadership trainings. This is a great event to recognize and highlight your high potential employees as they work to become leaders in your business or industry.
For hundreds less than other leadership trainings, you can arm your employees with the tools that they will need to become successful leaders and become more effective in their roles.
Assume nothing stood in your way of designing the day you need to have to be perceived as a leader, be efficient and effective and get the results you want to get. What would that day at work look like? During this workshop we’ll evaluate how you spend your time today and then design a plan around what your most productive would look like. We’ll also explore strategies to help you set boundaries and get better control over your time! You will also understand stress points in how you use your time and learn and apply tools and get coaching to develop strategies to get in control of your time.
Not only will attendees learn all about the whys and hows, but they will actually put in place a process to evaluate how you spend your time, choose areas to change and create your most productive day, and develop strategies to set boundaries as well as building a 30 day Accountability Plan.
This seminar will be led by Kristina Newell of the Trinity Business Group. Trinity Business Group works with proven processes to bring professional success to your business and its employees.
