• Mac Robertson, Manuel Americano Top Canterbury Meet (miamiherald.com) — Canterbury Park's live racing season in Shakopee wrapped up Saturday with higher attendance and wagering, and jockey Manuel Americano topping the rider standings in his first season here. Trainer Mac Robertson secured his 17th title, while local favorite Frosty View repeated as Horse of the Meet with multiple key wins. Track officials expect a similar racing schedule in 2027, pending state approval.

The park's new name hasn't been announced yet, but current 2026 passes and memberships remain valid through season's end, and prices have not changed so far. Future pricing and branding decisions will be made by the new operator.
