MINNESOTA — Nine more people have died from the new coronavirus, the Minnesota Department of Health announced Monday. That brings to total number of deaths from the virus to 143 in the state.

A total of 2,470 people have been confirmed to have had COVID-19. Of those cases, 1,202 no longer need to be isolated.
