TWIN CITIES, MN — The Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and much of central Minnesota are likely to see the first accumulating snowfall this week. "Accumulating snowfall is looking probable on Tuesday, with many areas seeing their first measurable snowfall of the year," confirms the National Weather Service.

Up to 4 inches of snow are possible to fall in the Twin Cities.
