Southwest wins Minneapolis City Conference Meet
The Southwest boys track and field team won the City Conference title with 185.5 points, while the girls took the crown with 179 points.
Both the Minneapolis Southwest girls and boys track and field teams won Thursday's Minneapolis City Conference Meet held at Southwest High School.
In the boys meet, Southwest finished with 185.5 points, Washburn had 168, South 111.5, North 40, Patrick Henry 19 and Roosevelt had 14.
In the girls meet, Southwest had 179 points, Washburn had 174.5, South had 89.5, Roosevelt 73, Edison 11 and Patrick Henry 7.
