• Chaska City Council to vote on allowing drinking at certain downtown events (kstp.com) — Stillwater gets a brief nod as one of several Minnesota cities that have experimented with downtown "social districts" allowing limited public drinking, as Chaska considers a similar plan for fall and winter events. While the vote is in Chaska, it signals a growing regional trend Stillwater has already explored, which could influence future discussions in Washington County communities.
