St. Michael’s Weekend Entertainment Guide to Brides, Fame and History.
With a holiday weekend starting today, the urge to get out is good. Despite some raindrops and clouds, the weather should cooperate if you choose to leave the city limits.

It’s Thursday, the snow’s a melting and spring is in the distant future. Mother nature is giving winter the toe pick but it’s not quite time to roll out the in-line skates. Since the interim period between seasons leaves us at a loss for action, St. Michael Patch has found a few options to get you started this weekend.
Where/When: Head over to Buffalo Community Middle School on Sunday, Feb. 20 from 10:30 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
Find out what's happening in St. Michaelfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
Why Go: Local vendors will be featured at this wedding expo; including professionals for cake, entertainment, flowers, photography and several more. Make this showcase your one stop wedding shop.
Price: $5/person however, brides can get a free pass prior to the show from vendors.

Sterns 17 at Chops Bar and Grill (Hanover)
Where/When: Chops Bar is located in north Hanover, just off Wright County Road 19. The band will start at 9:30 p.m., with the dance “contest” to happen sometime between sets.
Why Go: There’s live music, good food, cheap drinks and a chance to let your hear down and get a little crazy...what more could you want? But, this is NOT a kid-friendly event.
Price: There is a cover charge, but also a chance to win prizes (ladies) if you shake, dip or twist in the Spring Break dance contest.
Looking for something a bit more kid friendly? Check out the Grab & Go Kids Planner that was refreshed Wednesday.
