• State officials provide update on flood recovery in southern Minnesota (mn.gov) — Flood recovery work is underway in Waseca County, with state and federal teams beginning damage assessments Oct. 1 that could unlock additional aid for residents and businesses. Waseca County residents needing cleanup help can call a dedicated number, and volunteers are being recruited for an Oct. 4 New Richland Flood Recovery Cleanup Day organized with the Waseca Exchange Club.
