• $76M in Capital Secured by JLL for Minneapolis MF Development (connectcre.com) — A 291-unit Thompson Oaks apartment and townhome project is moving forward along the Robert Street corridor in West St. Paul after developers secured $76.25 million in financing. Construction at 150 Thompson Ave. will start immediately, adding new housing options and 7,100 square feet of renovated retail space on the former YMCA site as part of a larger redevelopment.
