• Ex-Teammates Arrested for Shooting Mizzou RB Ahmad Hardy (gridironheroics.com) — Three young men who once played football at Lawrence County High School in Monticello have been arrested after a shooting in Laurel that injured standout Missouri running back Ahmad Hardy. Police say Hardy, who is recovering after leg surgery, was an innocent bystander when gunfire broke out outside a club following a concert. The investigation continues and no formal charges have been filed.
