Mississippi NAACP Issues Statement As Authorities Reveal Teen Who Was On Boat With Nolan Xavier Wells Was First To Report Him Missing (theshaderoom.com) — Ocean Springs is reeling as the Mississippi NAACP demands full transparency in the death of local teen athlete Nolan Wells, whose body was found near Horn Island. The group is pressing authorities to release records and video, while new details show a friend on the boat first reported Wells missing before his mother called later that night.
