• Sheriff Arrests Drug Trafficking Suspects in Pass Christian (thegazebogazette.com) — Law enforcement arrested three Gulfport residents in Pass Christian after a vehicle and foot chase tied to a fentanyl trafficking investigation, seizing over 250 grams of the drug. Harrison County’s narcotics task force, with federal partners, says the amount could have produced thousands of lethal doses and vows continued crackdowns on fentanyl distribution along the Coast.
   

• Pass Christian sets stage for arts center (rhcjcnews.com) — Pass Christian school leaders are pushing a $9.5 million performing arts center that would finally give students a real auditorium after Hurricane Katrina destroyed the old one. The district has launched an $8.6 million “Raise the Curtain” campaign, offering naming and sponsorship opportunities, and hopes the venue will host school shows, competitions, and community events by 2029.
