• Pearl police arrest Texas man wanted on child sex offense charge after Crime Stoppers tip (darkhorsepressnow.com) — Pearl police used a Crime Stoppers tip to locate and arrest a Texas man wanted on a child sex offense charge, after spotting his vehicle on Pearson Road and taking him into custody at a local residence. He was booked at the Pearl Police Department, transferred to Rankin County Jail, and now awaits extradition to Texas while presumed innocent in court.
