This is the criteria that an injured party seeking legal representation should consider before retaining legal counsel (the attorneys track record) and not the "pay for play" legal awards and media features of a law firm public relations department and outreach.

It is well to heed the mandated disclosure of the Missouri Bar Association governed by the Missouri Supreme Court Rule: 4-7.2(f) which reads -

Elizabeth C. McNulty is the subject of a soon forthcoming complaint to be filed with the Office Of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri for alleged violations of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 4) naming McNulty as respondent and Phoenix Rising Products LLC will be there to report on the result.
