He Tried to Weaponize Law Enforcement to Silence Me | Anthony R. Friedman - atty. at law

It is without controversy that there is "bad blood" between myself, a former client of Anthony "Tony" Friedman Missouri Bar #65531 which began when Friedman was representing me as lead counsel in a medical malpractice case at which time he betrayed me, my cause and complaint and gave me into the hands of opposing counsel when he was employed with The Simon Law Firm P.C. in St. Louis Missouri.

This "bad blood" I refer to is expressed in my commitment to hold Anthony Friedman who is now doing business as The Friedman Law Firm LLC, St. Charles, St. Louis Missouri through my on going investigation and expose of his professional and business conduct during representation and thereafter into his solo practice.

For attorney Anthony R. Friedman the scrutiny became uncomfortable and untenable. So what did Friedman do?

Friedman filed a harassment complaint against me with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department with the most remarkable allegation of fear of harm and bodily injury.

Ladies and gentlemen. This was a foolish and tactical mistake by Friedman that he attempted to perpetrate upon me, weaponizing law enforcement whereas, I answered the detectives "cease and desist" order with a response that totally dismantled the allegations that Friedman was making against me.

The answer is quite thorough and exhaustive and effectively neutralized Friedman. -

Herein is just one of my counter arguments that I made. - Friedman filed his complaint in the City of St. Louis yet neither Anthony Friedman, d/b/a. The Friedman Law Firm is located in the City of St. Louis, nor I myself. Therefore, the jurisdiction is inappropriate and the "cease and desist" order and perhaps prosecution of a charge for harassment has absolutely no strength or merit.

Furthermore, I suggested to law enforcement that it would be well to advise Friedman that if he wanted to escalate, that I was prepared to escalate. So, what did Friedman do? He escalated.

That was the wrong thing to do.
