Conclusion: Five years of litigation. Five years. A "Net-Zero" financial recovery for the client even though, we got the verdict. - That is atypical and highly unusual. However, after five years of litigation all Albert B. Pepper Jr. was requesting was for one post trial motion and hearing for additur.

If the judge granted additur which was within the trial courts discretion, and defense counsel agreed to it, McNulty's advocacy could have realized "substantial justice" for her client. As I said previously, her representation was "hostile" and "adversarial".
