Thomas for her leadership at Green Hills Community Action Agency in Trenton, where she devoted her career to helping local families. The longtime Chillicothe resident and Chiefs fan died at 59, with visitation October 1 and funeral services October 2 at Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
