Southwest Highās Houston Billeter led the Cornhusker squad with two touchdown passes and five two-point kicks, while several teammates from small-town programs contributed key plays on both sides of the ball.

⢠129 Huskers receive stipends for summer research projects (unl.edu) ā A Chadron student is among 129 Huskers receiving summer research stipends from the University of NebraskaāLincoln, supporting projects across many majors. Participants will work 20 hours a week with faculty mentors and share their findings at an August 5 campus symposium in Lincoln, highlighting statewide academic talent, including from the Panhandle.
