Grand Island man sentenced for burglaries (nebraska.tv) — A Grand Island resident has been sentenced to up to two years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $22,000 after a string of local burglaries, including a car care business and a Webb Road post office. Police say a later search of his home uncovered stolen tools, cash, mail, and more than 60 grams of meth, tying him to multiple incidents around town.
