• Data center developer acquires options for land south of Hershey (northplattebulletin.com) — A power developer has secured year-long options on 1,280 acres of pastureland about eight miles directly south of Hershey, potentially paving the way for a major data center-related power project. The land, along Hershey-Dickens Road, is owned by local farming operations, while the developer, Limitless North Platte, is tied to a company building large-scale energy projects for data centers and crypto operations nationwide.
