• CNPPID June Board Meeting Summary (huskeradio.com) — Central Nebraska Public Power & Irrigation District’s board met Monday in Holdrege to review an expert report on riprap problems at Kingsley Dam, confirming there’s no immediate safety risk but that major fixes are needed. Consultants urged more data gathering and recommended focusing on riprap and Xbloc solutions, with Central and its engineer now preparing a revised plan and schedule for federal regulators.
