Turned the outdoor kitchen (which only had a small refrigerator) into a Catio, made custom doors for allowing animals to stay indoors while looking outside. The Catio has room for a litter box and other storage, has ability to allow exits & entrance from the cat door that is inside going out to the Catio. The Catio has doors that open with latches to keep it closed.

We also took out the table & chairs and made it a corner for animal amenities. (You can add a kitty tree house and/or doggy bed or cage.      A place for their food, snacks & water, with room left over.

Took out the couch/bed and made it a tabletop area and/or desk area for 2, comes with the chairs.

Upgraded the Pantry adding shelves & lighting, also added shelving to several other cabinets in the kitchen, bedroom & bathroom

Has a 12-volt refrigerator/freezer, very roomy.
