  1. A late Las Vegas fire captain got his dying wish on Friday. Capt. Dennis Egbert was escorted on the back of a fire truck before being laid to rest. He retired from the department in 1997 and was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2001. The escort was arranged by the Firefighter Memorial Transport organization. (News3LV)

  3. A Las Vegas startup has launched a remote driver service. Halo.Car launched its service which allows customers to rent a driver-less car piloted by a remote driver at the startup's office.
