North Las Vegas Shooting Leaves One Dead, Two Injured

The shooting happened inside an apartment on the 1200 block of West Cheyenne.

One man is dead and two others after a shooting in an apartment in North Las Vegas. It happened around 8:45 Tuesday night on the 1200 block of West Cheyenne Avenue, according to North Las Vegas Police.

In the apartment, officers - who were responding to a report of a shooting - found a man who had been shot more than once. He was declared dead at the scene.

A little while later, officers were notified that a 20-year-old man had arrived at Valley Hospital looking to be treated for possible gunshot wounds.

He is in stable condition.

Then, yesterday, a 20-year-old man arrived at Centennial Hospital - also with apparent gunshot wounds. He is also in stable condition.

Police believe all three were shot in the same incident.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.

North Las Vegas Police say that anyone with information in this case is urged to call them at 702-633-9111 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
