🌱 Sparkler And Novelty Firework Safety + Chang Restaurant Closures
The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Las Vegas.

Hi all. I'm back in your inbox this morning with your new edition of the Las Vegas Daily. Here's what you need to know about what's happening locally.
First, today's weather:
Mostly sunny, breezy and hot. High: 107 Low: 85.
Here are the top 3 stories in Las Vegas today:
- Hand to Shoulder Specialist Dr. Ryan Grabow in Las Vegas wants to warn everyone about the dangers of handheld sparklers and novelty fireworks. With the 4th of July coming up, he encourages people to stay safe by being informed. According to statistics, 40 percent of injuries for children under five years old are due to sparklers and novelties. Make sure to stay educated this year and have safe fun! (Nevada Business Magazine)
- David Chang's Majordōmo Meat & Fish and Moon Palace at The Venetian Resort have abruptly closed. The final night of service for these two restaurants was on Jun. 5. However, according to reports, there was no reasoning provided for the closures. It is known that Chang has been a controversial figure due to the work environment at his restaurants, but nothing about that has been confirmed to be a reason for these restaurants' closing.
