Alleged Nashua Drug Dealer Indicted

Plus, teen allegedly chokes, assaults relative, and alleged sexual assaulter also indicted.

The following people were indicted in the Hillsborough County Superior Court in July 2015:

Donald Eaton, 49, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, for eight felony counts of possession with intent to sell and three felony counts of sale of controlled drug from April and March 2015, in Nashua, allegedly involving oxycodone, methadone, Viagra, trazadone, amphetamine dextroamphetamine, suboxone, diazepam, oxycontin, and acetaminophen.

Jordan Eldridge, 30, of Pine Street in Nashua, for felony tampering with a witness and two counts of simple assault-domestic violence. The assault charges were based on an incident on July 20, 2103, in Merrimack, where Eldridge allegedly punched a woman in the stomach and pulled her hair causing her face to hit a door. In September 2013, he allegedly tried to get the woman to tell the Merrimack Police that she “could not remember” the night of the assaults or words to that effect.

Gabriel Finn, 26, of Richards Avenue in Portsmouth, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of simple. In March 2014, while in Nashua, he allegedly slapped a woman in the face, pushed her on a bed, and sexual assaulted her.

Mitzi Frazzetta, 46, of Blacksmith Way in Nashua, for three counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine) in February 2015 in Nashua.

Timothy Gallant, 53, unknown address, for four counts of felony stalking and felony bail jumping. On May 2015 while in Hudson, he allegedly contacted a person on Facebook that he was previously order to refrain from contacting in August 2014. He was previously convicted of stalking in June 2012. The bail jumping charge was from Sept. 17, 2014, in Nashua.

Daniel Gillis, 36, of Hobbs Avenue in Nashua, on a felony duty to report charge from May 2, 2015, in Nashua.

Zachary Grandmaison, 26, of April Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking from March 14, 2015, in Nashua. Allegedly working in concert with Angela Peno, he removed a heating a cooling unit from Lake Street.

David Hanson, 33, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of aggravated DWI on April 11, 2015, after allegedly crashing on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack. He reportedly caused serious injury to another person and had an alcohol content of 0.08 or more.

Sean Hartford-Walters, 37, of Colburn Wood in Nashua, for felony forgery. On or between March 16, to March 27, 2015, he allegedly wrote and cashed checks that didn’t belong to him ($350).

Brandon Houle, 19, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault, simple assault, and obstructing the report of a crime. On April 19, 2015, he allegedly choked and assaulted a relative and destroyed his phone so he couldn’t call police.
