Alleged Thieves, Drug Dealers, and Sex Offenders Indicted
Plus, Nashua man charged with felon in possession of a shotgun, Milford man alleged stole truck, Vermont woman charged with stealing purses.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Jason Dube, 33, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon β a double barrel rifle β allegedly on June 15, 2016, in Nashua after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

John Furber, 22, incarcerated, for felony second-degree assault. On Dec. 18, 2015, he allegedly strangled a woman in Nashua.
Robert Gagnon, 38, of Souhegan Street in Milford, for felony receiving stolen property. On Sept. 15, 2015, in Milford, he allegedly took a Ford E-350 box trucked that was rented by another man and deprived him of the vehicle.

Jeremy Garcia, 26, of last known address of Pasadena Avenue in Nashua, on two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing beer from Bellavance Beverage and Nellieβs Mart of Nashua on Oct. 28, 2015. He was allegedly convicted twice of theft in 2010 and 2011.
Robert Delgado, 56, of Paige Avenue in Nashua, for duty to report for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender on Nov. 9, 2016, in Nashua.
Nicole Denman, 26, of Gillis Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Oct. 5, 2015, in Nashua.
Joseph Desautels, 21, of Kanata Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking (firearm) on Sept. 14, 2015, in Nashua. He allegedly stole a .45 caliber pistol.
Patrick Devine, 26, of Bellevue Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine) on Oct. 1, 2015, in Nashua.
Gary Dicicco, 28, of a last known address of Regent Drive in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. He allegedly took a handgun from a residence in Nashua on June 12, 2015.
Melissa Quigley, 28, of Chandler Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of sale of narcotic drug-second offense. On Aug. 5, and Aug. 11, 2015, she allegedly sold fentanyl and heroin to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department. She was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in March 2013.
Sarah Robinson, 38, of Laurel Hill Drive in Burlington, VT, for felony conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized for allegedly working in concert with Tammara Peachey-Kountz to steal several purses from Marshallβs in Nashua between Sept. 2, and Sept. 17, 2015.
Isaiah Rodriguez, 19, of Lyons Avenue in Hudson, and Rafael Rodriguez, 22, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua, for felony burglary. Sometime between Sept. 1, and Sept. 13, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a basement on Main Street in Nashua.
Paul Rondeau, 34, with no fixed address, for felony duty to report-subsequent offense. Sometime between Oct. 13, and Nov. 4, 2015, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender. He was previously convicted of duty to inform in April 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
