Alleged Unemployment Fraudster Indicted
Nashua teen indicted for burglary, Wilton man indicted for sexually assaulting woman, and Milton man charged with second-degree assault.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:
Kenneth Adamo, 28, of Middlesex Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On June 21, 2013, Adamo allegedly stole Alli diet pills from Walgreens in Milford. He was previously convicted in Connecticut.

David Anspaugh, 18, of Crown Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of burglary. On Jan. 19, 2015, in Hudson, he allegedly acted in concert with Matthew Blount and burglarized the Hudson Community Church and JP ARCF LLC on Central Street.
Ryan April, 34, of Highland Court in Wilton, for four counts of simple assault, sexual assault, and false imprisonment. On July 27, 2015, in Wilton, he allegedly grabbed a woman’s shirt to expose her breasts, teabagged her and stated “choke the bitch,” stomped on her foot, threw a wooden plug at her, and bumped her over while she tried to flee.

Lisa Baker, 38, of last known address of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Sept. 30, 2015, in Nashua.
Walter Barbeau, 38, of Talent Road in Litchfield, for three counts second-degree assault, all felonies. On Sept. 19, and Sept. 20, 2015, he allegedly strangled a woman and threw her against a wall, breaking her scapula.
Toni Beauchesne, 24, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony burglary. On Oct. 3, 2015, he allegedly burglarized Laundry 66 on Canal Street in Nashua.
Kelley Benjamin, 36, of Dudley Drive in Middleton, for possession of a narcotic drug (tramadol), possession of a controlled drug (amphetamine/detro-amphetamine), and possession of a controlled drug (amphetamine), on Sept. 17, 2015, in Nashua.
Denise Bergeron, 63, Old Gage Hill Road in Pelham, for theft by deception and two counts of unemployment compensation fraud. Between October 2009 and April 2010, she allegedly submitted claims for unemployment even though she voluntarily quit her job at BJ’s Wholesale Club in December 2009. She allegedly collected benefits for 19 weeks. Bergeron also allegedly failed to disclose employment at BJ’s, the U.S. Census Bureau, Victory Distributors, and the Windham School District between June 2009 and May 2011 while collecting unemployment.
Raymond L. Vaillancourt, 34, of South Street in Milford, for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault. In Merrimack on March 13, 2015, he allegedly and knocked a man to the ground causing a cervical disc injury and broken teeth. On March 13, he also allegedly punched the same man in Hudson.
Ronald Wilson, 48, with a last known address of Kendrick Street in Nashua, for burglary, a felony, and three counts of resisting arrest. On Feb. 16, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly burglarized EZ Stop II and fought with police during the arrest.
Karena Xiggores, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic (fentanyl) on April 22, 2014, in Nashua. She was convicted in May 2004 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
