Sheriffs Arrest Alleged Drug Dealers and Assaulters

The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:

Shawn L. Boivin, 33, of Allen Avenue in Portland, ME, was arrested on Sept. 25, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a competency hearing on a cocaine possession charge.

Timothy B. Bouvier, 32, of Mapleridge Lane in Monmouth, ME, was arrested on Sept. 25, for failure to appear at the arraignment of both a heroin and cocaine possession charge.

Konrad J. Luc, 64, of Epping Street in Raymond, was arrested on Sept. 24, for aggravated DWI and driving while intoxicated.

Joaquin W. Casado, 26, of Porter Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Sept. 24, on a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sent viol on a theft charge.

Ryan Rozelle, 37, of Shepard Lane in Wells, ME, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on Sept. 24.

Michael S. Gallant, 28, of West Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 23, for contempt capias-marital nonsupport.

Ike L. Eaton, 29, of Eaton Lane in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-new hope on a sale of meth, cocaine, and heroin charges.

Caleb C. Savoy, 22, of Davis Road in Bangor, ME, was arrested on Sept. 23, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft of services charge.

Kirk A. Whitmyer, 43, of Stratham Lane in Greenland, was arrested on Sept. 23, for failure to pay court ordered judgments.

James D. Lennon, 45, of Fremont Road in Raymond, was arrested on Sept. 22, for failure to appear on a heroin possession charge.

Marcus A. Basiliere, 23, of Island Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 22, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent viol on a criminal mischief charge.

Carla Costa, 49, of Hayes Park in Exeter, was arrested on Sept. 22, for failure to pay court ordered judgments and two electronic bench warrants.

Kelley A. Benjamin, 41, of Dudley Drive in Middleton, was arrested on Sept. 22, for failure to appear on possession of meth, methylphenidate, and alprazolam charges.

Dalton J. Carkhuff, 25, of Monarch Drive in Barrington, was arrested on Sept. 21, on a VOP first-degree assault.

Anthony W. Sylvester, 35, of Fairfield Street in Haverhill, MA, on Sept. 21, for being a fugitive of justice.
