Amherst Police Log: Milford Teen Arrested on Drug Charges

Plus, accidents reported on Route 101, Route 101A.

Incidents

  • 10:47 a.m. on March 9, 2015: A single vehicle crash was reported on Route 101A. There were no injuries.
  • March 9: Amherst Police were sent to a hit-and-run accident on Trailside Drive.
  • 3:50 p.m. on March 9: Police were called to a two-car accident, without injuries, on Route 101.
  • 11:13 a.m. on March 10: Two vehicles collided on Ponemah Road and Merrimack Road. There were no injuries reported.
  • 2 a.m. on March 11: A single vehicle accident was reported on Chestnut Hill Road.
  • 7:08 a.m. on March 11: No injuries were reported at a single vehicle accident on Mont Vernon Road.
  • 4:39 a.m. on March 12: There were no injuries reported at an accident on Horace Greeley Road.

Arrests

Paul Stacy, 17, of Milford, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on March 11, and charged with possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. He was arraigned in Milford District Court on April 2. Stacy was arrested in 2014 in Amherst and was also arrested by the state police.

Diana Billington, 40, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on March 12, on a charge of driving after suspension.

Zachery Delano, 21, of Greenville, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on March 12, on a charge of suspended registration. He’s due in court on April 16.

Steven Vollmer, 20, of Nashua, was arrested on a charge of theft at 10:30 p.m. on March 12. He’s due in court on April 16.

Emily Gaskill, 19, of Lunenburg, MA, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on March 13, on a charge of theft. She’s due in court on April 16.

Eric R. Latulippe, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on March 13, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug.
