Merrimack Woman Arrested On Theft Charge: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — Spencer Leone, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2019, on a disobeying an officer charge and an OHRV operation on a public way violation. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Sept. 3.

Derik Seaman, 37, of Nashua, was arrested on a theft charge at 12:12 a.m. on Aug. 7. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 27.

Police were sent to a single-vehicle crash on Spring Road, with minor injuries, at 2:09 p.m. on Aug. 2.

Jillian McLinn, 36, of Merrimack, was arrested on a theft charge at 6:25 p.m. on July 26. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 27.

William Farnham, 42, of Moretown, Vermont, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Goffstown District Court. He was released on personal recognizance bail and had a court date on Aug. 8.

Gregory Morey, 29, of Somerville, Massachusetts, was arrested on a theft charge at 10:51 p.m. on July 15. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Milford District Court on Aug. 20.
