ICE, Mass. State Police Assist NHSP With False ID Case: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police received assistance from both U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Massachusetts State Police cracking another false identity case where a foreign national, currently residing in Massachusetts, is accused of attempting to use false documents to obtain a New Hampshire driver's license. At around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, troopers from Troop G were called to the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles in Manchester to investigate documents submitted by a man claiming to be "Orlando Santos-Quilles," 45, of Manchester. During the course of the investigation, state police reached out to MSP who revealed that Quilles was using the name Jamie J. Velez-Colon, 39, while living in Jamaica Plain, MA.

State troopers then reached out to ICE and found out that Quilles/Velez-Colon was actually Milciante Asuncion-Tejera, 47, of Bani, Dominican Republic.

Asuncion-Tejera was taken into custody on July 3, 2019, and charged with three counts of witness tampering, two counts of unsworn falsification, and a single count of driver's license prohibitions. He was held processed and held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections. According to Lt. Andrew Player, Asuncion-Tejera arraigned on Friday and remanded into custody pending trial.

Motorcycle Crash In Littleton

Littleton police requested the New Hampshire State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit to that community for a two-vehicle crash on Route 135 Tuesday.

When they arrived, they found a Mitsubishi Lancer had collided with a Honda motorcycle. The Lancer, being driven by a 19-year-old from Lower Waterford, Vermont, was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto I-93 North at Exit 43 in front of an approaching motorcycle, being driven by a 44-year-old Littleton man. The crash resulted in the motorcyclist to be transported to Littleton Regional Hospital and then flown to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Access to the roadway was restricted for around five hours, noted Staff Sgt. Steven Wheeler of the NHSP.

"It does not appear that impairment was a factor in this crash, however all aspects remain under investigation," he added.

Assisting at the scene were the Littleton Police Department and the Littleton Fire department.

Troop A Arrests

Patrick Nichols, 45, of Rochester, was arrested on June 17, on a driving after suspension or revocation charge on Route 16 North in Dover.

Alyssa Bomster, 18, of Ledyard, Connecticut, was arrested on June 17, 2019, and charged with reckless operation and transport alcohol by a minor. Also charged was Kalyn Bomster, 19, of Ledyard, CT, on unlawful possession/intoxication and possession of marijuana charges. They were arrested on I-95 North in North Hampton.

Richard Mladek, 48, of Kennebunk, Maine, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on I-95 North in Portsmouth on June 16.

William Thomas, 57, of Raymond, was arrested on June 15, on a DUI charge and a yellow/solid line violation on the westbound side of Route 101 at I-95 in Hampton.

Michelle O'Brien, 52, of Hampton Falls, was arrested on June 15, on a DUI charge and a failure to dim lights violation. She was arrested on Route 1 at Route 27 in Hampton.

A 17-year-old from Malden, Massachusetts, was arrested on June 15, on I-95 South in Greenland and charged with operating without a valid license, failure to drive on the right side of the road, and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.

Jeffrey Patuto, 28, of Kingston, was arrested on June 15, on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge on High Street in Somersworth.

Troop B Arrests

Joel Miley, 31, of Chester, was arrested on June 20, on driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and driver's license prohibitions charges on I-93 South near the Exit 10 onramp in Hooksett.

Shawn Nieves, 24, of Nashua, was arrested on June 20, on a prohibited sales of alcohol charge. Also arrested was Carlos Rosado, 27, of Nashua, on a bench warrant, Tabatha Dupont, 20, on transport alcohol by a minor charge, Raul Muniz, 19, of Nashua, on unlawful possession/intoxication, and a 17-year-old for unlawful possession/intoxication. They were all arrested on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Levi Glum, 18, of Manchester, was arrested on June 19, on driving after revocation or suspension, misuse of plates, uninspected vehicle, and unsafe tires on a motor vehicle charges and violations on I-293 South in Manchester.

Geraldo Medero Gonzalez, 54, of Dover, was arrested on a bench warrant on June 19, on I-293 in Bedford.

Shawn Soucy, 49, of Derry, was arrested on June 19, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Tara Mardones, 33, of Pittsfield, was arrested on June 18, on a reckless operation charge on I-293 South near Exit 6 in Manchester.

Daniel Rosas, 38, of Manchester, was arrested on June 18, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Shane Goulet, 19, of Derry, was arrested on June 17, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and speeding 21-25 mph over the 55 limit on I-293 North near the Exit 1 onramp in Manchester.

Edward White, 36, of Manchester, was arrested on June 17, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-293 South before Exit 4 in Manchester.

Infinit Mieses, 20, of Somerville, MA, was arrested on June 17, on driving after revocation or suspension and duty when approaching a highway emergency charges on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Joseph Beshara, 37, of Chester, was arrested on June 14, on a suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension charges on I-93 North near Exit 4 in Derry.

Nicholas Cormier, 30, of Nashua, was arrested on June 14, on a DUI charge. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 8 in Nashua.

Giles Gilbert, 47, of Pembroke, was arrested on June 14, on an operating without a valid license charge on I-93 North in Manchester.

Laura Kifer-Spano, 49, of Milford, was arrested on June 14, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. She was arrested on Route 101A near Old Nashua Road in Amherst.

Troop D Arrests

Rebecca Town, 20, of Norwich, VT, was arrested on June 20, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Route 120 in Lebanon.

Thomas Dunshee, 59, of Madison, was arrested on June 20, on two bench warrants after a stop on I-93 South near Exit 18 in Canterbury.

Madeline Leader, 20, of Waban, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on June 20, on I-93 North in Bow.

Austin LeBlanc, 27, of Manchester, was arrested on June 19, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension as well as following too closely. He was arrested on I-93 North in Bow.

Curtis Tremblay, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on a bench warrant on I-93 South in Hooksett on June 19.

James Martin, 38, of Franklin, was arrested on a DUI charge on June 19, on Whittemore Road in Salisbury.

Jacob Champney, 35, of Manchester, was arrested on June 19, on a bench warrant and arrest prior to requisition warrant on I-93 North in Bow.

Kevin Stokel, 54, of Concord, was arrested on June 19, on a DUI charge and speeding – 21+ mph over the 65 limit on I-93 North in Bow.

William Farnham, 42, of Waterbury, VT, was arrested on June 18, on driving after revocation or suspension and speeding – 21+ mph over the 65 limit on I-89 South in Sunapee.

David Addison, 81, of Salisbury, was arrested on June 17, on a DUI charge and an open container violation on Raccoon Hill Road in Salisbury on June 17.

Cliffdjy Celestin, 28, of Saint Albans, VT, was arrested on June 16, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-89 North in Warner.

Robert Harriman, 22, of Windsor, VT, was arrested on a bench warrant on June 16, on I-89 South in North Lebanon.

Corey Archer-Johnson, 29, of Fords, New Jersey, was arrested on June 16, on a reckless operation charge. He was arrested on I-93 South in Bow.

Nicholas St. Pierre, unknown age, of Manchester, was arrested on June 16, on I-93 South by Exit 16 in Concord on DUI, resisting arrest or detention, and open container charges.

Benjamin Hurd, 25, of Beverly, MA, was arrested on June 15, on DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 charges after a stop on I-93 South in Bow.

Jennifer Winiarz, 25, of Derry, was arrested on June 15, on DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, and open container charges on I-93 South in Bow.

Pierre Bonin, 65, of Manchester, was arrested on June 15, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on I-93 South in Northfield.

David Hook, 31, of East Thetford, VT, was arrested on June 15, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested on I-89 at Plainfield Road near Exit 20 in Lebanon.

Shane Lawyer, 50, of Rutland, VT, was arrested on June 15, on an arrest prior to requisition warrant on I-89 North near Exit 13 in Grantham.

Sarah Bendell, 21, of Malden, MA, was arrested on June 15, on aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, and open container charges. She was arrested on I-93 South in Concord.

Donna Johnson, 47, of Deering, was arrested on June 15, on simple assault, reckless operation, and reckless conduct charges on I-89 North in Bow.

Robert Lower, 50, of Litchfield, was arrested on June 14, on DUI and driving after revocation or suspension charges on Spa Road in Danbury.

Erin Ready, 34, of Nashua, was arrested on June 14, on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Hailey Eldridge, 21, of Meredith, was arrested on a DUI charge on June 14, on Upper Bay Road in Sanbornton.

Ryan Lang, 24, of Stoughton, MA, was arrested on June 14, on DUI and suspension of vehicle registration charges on I-93 North in Concord.

Adam Cordano, 36, of Northfield, was arrested on June 14, on felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions and theft by deception due to two prior theft. He was arrested on Stickney Avenue.

Other Arrests

Daniel Goodchild, 28, of Keene, was arrested on June 19, on two counts of burglary (night/home/weapon), theft by unauthorized taking with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief charges on Rabbit Hollow Road in Richmond.

Eric Cross, 47, of Merrimack, was arrested on June 17, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Route 3 in Colebrook.

Shawna Milbury, 47, of Wolfeboro, was arrested on June 15, on DUI, DUI-second offense, DUI-third offense, speeding – 26+ mph over the 55 limit, and failure to use required turn signal charges. She was arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.
