Milford Man Arrested For Drugs, Resisting: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — At 9:50 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2017, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of alcohol. Court action is anticipated.
At 4:36 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported.

Tyler Cooney, 23, of Milford, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest. Cooney was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Dec. 21, 2017, at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Johnathan Kittredge, 26, of Weare, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. Kittredge was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Jan. 4, 2018, at the Milford District Court.

At 6:05 p.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. No injuries were reported.
At 11:33 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported.
At 5:42 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
