Milford Man Arrested for Inhaling Toxic Vapors: Log

AMHERST, NH — Bunnie Kieng-Chao, 40, of Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2016, on a charge of driving after suspension. Kieng-Chao was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Zaneta Braswell-Ellis, 53, of Milford, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2016, on a charge of theft by deception. Braswell-Ellis was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Sean O’Connell, 33, of Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, on a charge of theft. O’Connell was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

Matthew Costello, 34, of Milford, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and inhaling toxic vapors. Costello was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for September 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Tanner Gallant, 20, of Wilton, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and yellow line violation. Gallant was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

Abdi Abukar, 33, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 30. 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of registration of vehicle. Abukar was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.

James Hoffman, 37, of Milford, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, on charges of driving after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Hoffman was released on $1,000 PR bail on the Amherst charges, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 15, 2016, at the Milford District Court.
