Nashua Teen Arrested On Drug Charges: Amherst Police Log

Plus, an Amherst man allegedly fails to appear in court, a Hudson man was charged with DWI, and a Lowell man was charged with theft.

AMHERST, NH — Clayton Turner, 34, of Amherst, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2017, on a capias issued by the Hillsborough County Superior Court for failure to appear on a drug sale charge. Turner was released to the custody of the sheriff’s department.

At 2:42 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2017, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Middle Street. No injuries were reported.

Angelique Johnson, 38, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2017, on a charge of theft, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Seabrook District Court. Johnson was released on $1,500 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with an arraignment date set for October 5, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Davian Torres Rodriguez, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, on a charge of operating without a valid license. Torres Rodriguez was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court. Bernard Hirth, 33, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2017, on charges of DWI, transportation of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug. Hirth was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Hector Almonte, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2017, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Almonte was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for Sept. 7, 2017, at the Milford District Court.
