Alleged Second-Degree Assaulters, Others Indicted: Hillsborough County Roundup

Alleged Manchester, Milford, Nashua drug dealers indicted, Warner man indicted on burglary, stolen gun charges, others indicted for drugs.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Edward Thomas, 47, pictured upper middle, of no fixed address, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 1, 2017, in Nashua.

Jason Trythall, 34, pictured upper left, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. On April 12, 2017, he allegedly grabbed the upper arm of a child causing bruising.

Clayton Turner, 34, pictured upper right, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug; acts prohibited/sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Dec. 7, 2016, in Milford. Maurice Tweedie aka Charles A. O’Neil, 48, pictured middle left, of Hartshorne Lane in Warner, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On April 14, 2017, he allegedly stole a Glock 9 mm and a Ruger 357 revolver during a burglary on Ponemah Hill Road in Milford.

Vicki Uran, 37, center, of Meadow Lane in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on March 24, 2017.

Zachary Varga, 26, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine allegedly on April 13, and April 17, 2017, in Nashua.

Brian Vickers, 38, pictured middle right, of Winchester Drive in Hollis, for domestic violence-deadly weapon, two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and criminal threatening-domestic violence, all felonies. Between Feb. 1, and April 4, 2017, in Hollis, he allegedly threatened to kill an intimate partner by putting a handgun into her mouth while his finger was on the trigger on more than one occasion. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of robbery in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in July 1997.

William Washington, 48, pictured lower left, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for two counts of second-degree assault, criminal restraint, criminal threatening-domestic violence, all felonies, plus two counts of obstructing report and three counts of simple assault-domestic violence. Between Oct. 16, and Oct. 17, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled a woman, an intimate partner, assaulted her, and threatened to kill her while holding a pair of scissors. Washington reportedly kept the woman from calling police by taking her cellphone and struck her in the head with a penny jar and water pitcher.

Jonathan Mainguy, 31, pictured lower middle, of Ash Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of forgery and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On November 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly uttered checks from the Triangle Credit Union and Service Credit Union accounts other people.

Ricky Michaud, 47, of Camp Bello Street in Hudson, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and resisting arrest or detention allegedly on March 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Thomas Pettiglio, 50, of Broad Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Hudson Walmart on Dec. 10, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of two theft offenses.

Roland Plante, 39, of South Main Street in Brookline, for felony witness tampering. On Feb. 19, 2017, in Wilton, he allegedly attempted to cause a woman to not appear in court. The indictment stated that he reported said words to the effort of “things will get worse for you if you don’t drop the charges” and “(a child) will be given to the state if you don’t drop the charges.”

Antonio Robinson, 29, pictured lower right, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for transport of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine and sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine allegedly on July 20, 2017, in Nashua.
