Nashua, Wilton, Londonderry Residents Charged with DWI: Amherst Police Log

AMHERST, NH — On April 5, 2017, the Amherst Police Department investigated a hit and run accident which occurred in the Walmart parking lot.

Luis Martinez, 54, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 6, 2017, on a charge of driving after suspension. Martinez was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 27, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Joshua Hooper, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on April 7, 2017, on a charge of theft. Hooper was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 27, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

At 12:55 a.m. on April 8, 2017, the Amherst Police Department arrested a juvenile on a charge of DWI. Court action is anticipated.

Izzadin Seif, 27, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on April 8, 2017, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Seif was held in lieu of $500 cash bail, with a court date set for April 10, 2017, in the Nashua District Court.

Melinda Gadzik, 53, of Londonderry, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on April 9, 2017, on a charge of DWI. Gadzik was released on $1,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 27, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Jordan Greendale, 20, of Holliston, MA, was arrested at 9 a.m. on April 9, 2017, on charges of operating after suspension, possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and unregistered motor vehicle. Greendale was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 27, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

David Campbell, 57, of Nashua, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. on April 10, 2017, on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Campbell was released on $2,500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 13, 2017, at the Milford District Court.

Laura Belt, 32, of Wilton, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on April 11, 2017, on charges of DWI, possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and resisting arrest. Belt was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 27, 2017 at the Milford District Court.
