NH Man Indicted On Rape, Gun Threat Charges Against Girl: Court

Hillsboro man indicted on murder charges; Londonderry man indicted on robbery charge; Nashua man indicted on conspiracy to commit forgery.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Gene Allende, 23, pictured lower right, of Codyville Road in Londonderry, on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of aiding Jacob Dejesus and Jason Dejesus in taking another person's iPhone by physical force on April 18, 2019, in Manchester.

Jeffrey Baker, 30, of Pine Street in Nashua, on a felony conspiracy to commit forgery charge. He is accused of agreeing with Becky Hewes and Ray Punturieri to rent a room at the Quality Inn in Manchester, Googled how to counterfeit currency, obtained a printer, brought it to the hotel room, scanned currency, and printed bills on Dec. 7, 2018.

Laurie Beserdetsky, 55, of West Broadway in Derry, on a felony receiving stolen property charge – a credit card – that belonged to a Manchester resident on Oct. 6, 2018. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.

Robert Conway, 28, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, on two second-degree assault charges – accused of strangling an intimate partner – on March 31, in Manchester.

Stone Cooper, 20, lower center, of Kimball Street in Manchester, on robbery, second-degree assault, two theft, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. On March 10, he's accused of robbing a man in Manchester of his firearms and cutting him with a box cutter. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in 2019.

Matthew Cotoni, 20, lower left, of Dionne Drive in Manchester, on robbery, second-degree assault, two theft, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. On March 10, he is accused of cutting a man with a box cutter while stealing his firearms in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of felony of burglary in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in 2017.

Craig Driggers, 44, of Front Street in Manchester, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner and threatening her by striking a door with a baseball bat on Aug. 5, in Manchester.

David Favreau Sr., 57, of Virginia Court in Hooksett, on a felony negligent performance of fuel gas fitting, on Sept. 19, 2017, on Foxberry Drive in New Boston, that resulted in the death of another person.

Matthew Fay, 28, of Old Henniker Road in Hillsborough, on two second-degree murder charges. He's accused of stabbing Brett Wilson multiple times on Dec. 22, 2018, in Hillsborough.

Robin Gelinas, 45, upper center, of Knights Lane in Epsom, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on March 18, in Manchester.

Peter Gilbert, 30, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on May 2, in Manchester.

Brandon Guillemette, 28, upper right, of North Ben Road in Bennington, on four aggravated felonious sexual assault, two criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and tampering with witnesses and informant charges. Between Nov. 1, and Oct. 30, 2018, he is accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a girl, telling her he would use a gun against her if she told police he assaulted her, and pointed the firearm at her in Bennington.
