Is Snow Really Coming Back to NH?

Possibly, according to meteorologists. Tonight: Rain, wind hit the region; a Yankee Clipper storm is expected to strike on Saturday.

It appears that Spring 2016 is going to be a dramatic weather season. The storm that rocked the state causing death and accidents everywhere has since melted away. But after tonight and tomorrow’s blustery wind and wind front, another clipper storm is expected to descend down upon New Hampshire bringing more snow to the state beginning sometime on Saturday and possibly again on Monday.

As AccuWeather.com frames it in this video report, artic air is going to swoop down from Canada near the Great Lakes and then bring snow and freezing rain across the Northeast.

Exact accumulations are not known but it looks like it will be in the two to four inch-range, according to reports on April 7, 2016.

So, when will it actually get a bit warm around our parts? It’s unknown at post time but AccuWeather.com forecasters are suggesting the middle of the month, after the jet stream shifts and the artic air retreats.
