Woman Indicted for Allegedly Choking Man, Fracturing Cartilage

Plus, honor roll student allegedly steals cash from register at Nashua Home Depot and Milford man is indicted on two robbery counts.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Shane Beckles, 25, of King Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 worth of cellphones from a store in Nashua on Aug. 28, 2015.

Jessica L. Berry, 36, pictured, of Williams Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault and domestic violence. On Oct. 30, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly choked a man who was her intimate partner and fractured his thyroid cartilage. On Nov. 17, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly struck the man with a closed fist.

Daniel Brodeur, 52, of Bartemus Trail in Nashua, for felny driving while deemed a habitual offender and theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 17, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly took a Pontiac Sunfire out for a test drive and never returned on. On Oct. 9, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly was caught driving on Broad Street.

Misty Brown, 39, of South Groton Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug and fraudulent use of a credit card. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 2, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly used another woman’s debit card to purchase $474 worth of goods. On Oct. 8, 2015, she was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.

Deborah Bryson, 37, of Palm Street in Nashua, for possession of controlled drug and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. In Hudson on Nov. 6, 2015, she was arrested with alprazolam and allegedly stole clothing and home goods from Walmart in Hudson. She was previously convicted in Salem and Nashua District Court on theft charges.

Robbie J. Bunce, 29, of South Street in Milford, for two counts of felony robbery. On Dec. 21, 2015, he allegedly threatened another man with what appeared to be a handgun but turned out to be a BB gun and stole another person’s car.

Christian Montbleau, 18, on Main Street in Nashua, for felony burglary. He allegedly acted in concert with Rafael Rodriguez, Isaiah Rodriguez, and Dangelo Nieves and burglarized a Main Street basement.

Joscelyn Moore, 18, of Pell Avenue in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. He allegedly stole between $1,500 and $1,000 from a register at Home Depot in Nashua on Nov. 1, 2015.

Joshua Morales, 23, of Elm Street in Merrimack, for felony possession of narcotic drug (fentanyl) and possession of marijuana. He was arrested on Aug. 18, 2015, in Nashua.

Kelvin Morales, 21, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for felonious sexual assault. Between May 1, and Oct. 10, 2015, he allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in Nashua.

Seamus Murphy, 33, currently incarcerated, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking a wallet from a woman’s purse on Dec. 20, 2014, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Rockingham Superior Court in March 2003 and Dover District Court in August 2007.
