Merrimack Man Indicted on Cocaine Charge
Plus, Bradford man indicted on forestry charges, man charged after Everett Turnpike incident, and Hudson man faces burglary charge.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Joel Brien, 33, of Cannongate Road in Nashua, for felony forgery. On Oct. 5, 2015, he allegedly defrauded a woman and Sovereign Bank by drawing a check for $500 from an account that wasn’t his.

Deborah Bryson, 36, of Pinebrook Road in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, and willful concealment. While working in concert with Kimberlee Cora, she allegedly put items in a baby carriage and various bags from the Target store in Nashua and didn’t pay for them on Sept. 1, 2015. Bryon was previously convicted of theft in Hillsborough in December 2012 and Salem in October 2009.
Steve J. Buchanan, 31, of North Shore Road in Derry, for felony conduct after an accident. On Aug. 3, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly did not stop after an accident and leave his information with the other driver or a local police department.

Beau Burgess, 31, of Depot Street in Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (cocaine), second offense, after an alleged incident in Nashua on April 3, 2015. He was convicted of possession in Merrimack in November 2009.
Michael Carter, 59, of Bradford, for theft by deception, two counts of deceptive forestry business practices, and falsification of a DRA report, all felonies. In Hudson between 2013 and 2015, he allegedly cut pine trees from another person’s property, valued at more than $1,000, and didn’t properly offer slips, didn’t record the proper amount of pine that was cut, and failed to provide scale slips.
Brian Clark, 25, of Raymond Street in Hudson, for felony burglary. On Aug. 13, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a home in Hudson.
James Colby, 32, of Oak Grove Trail in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct after allegedly firing three rounds in the air from a Glock .40 caliber handgun in Nashua on March 26, 2015, in a “heavily populated area” after “having already discharged three rounds.”
Vanessa Coleman, 19, of Lock Street in Nashua, for domestic violence and criminal threatening, both felonies, and resisting arrest. On Aug. 8, 2015, she allegedly threatened her boyfriend in Nashua with a knife by “swinging it in an jabbing manner toward him.”
Jared Corbett, 20, of with a last known address of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Aug. 24, 2015, in Nashua.
Joseph Crowley, 50, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of narcotic drug (cocaine), second offense, on July 28, July 30, and Aug. 5, 2015, to an individual reportedly cooperating with police in Nashua.
Ricky J. Comtois, 47, of Stonebridge Drive in Nashua, for felony habitual offender, DWI-second offense, reckless conduct, open container, and resisting arrest. On March 22, 2015, he was stopped in Merrimack. He was certified as a habitual offender in Merrimack in September 2014 and was convicted of DWI in September 2011 in Merrimack.
Thomas P. Cuddy, 30, of Highland Drive in Amherst, for felony falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana) in Milford on June 4, 2015. Police allege that, believing there was a pending investigation to be instituted, that he allegedly kicked the marijuana under his car, in order to impair the investigation.
