Three people came out but two reportedly refused. A K-9 unit was called to the scene, made entry into the store, and located two men on the floor of a back room. Biron noted that they – Norling and Trudeau – were also charged with resisting arrest. Norling was the only one held after police learned that he was out on bail from Manchester District Court on previously undisclosed charges and found to be in violation of bail conditions, according to Biron.
