Accused Drug Kingpin, Sex Abusers, Thieves Indicted: Court Log
Merrimack woman accused of drug possession; Mass. man accused of orchestrating NH drug enterprise; Pattern sex offenders indicted.
BEDFORD, NH — The following indictments were issued in September at Hillsborough Super Court-North.
Alyssa Renaud, of Merrimack, is charged with Class B felony drug possession. She is accused of knowingly possessing clonazepam in Goffstown in July.
Ramon Rivera Muniz, of Haverhill, Mass., is charged with being a drug enterprise leader. He is also been known to police through the aliases Juan Guerrero and Johan Manuel Tejada Guerrero. He is accused of conspiring with others to finance, organize or engage in selling fentanyl in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on numerous occasions between January 2018 and June 2019. He has been previously convicted of illegal drug sales. This special felony is punishable by a minimum of 25 years in prison with a conviction.

Natalie Roy, of Manchester, is charged with Class B felony driving while intoxication with aggravated collision. Roy is accused of knowingly being under the influence of methamphetamine and amphetamine when she operated a vehicle that collided with another vehicle — causing injuries to those in both vehicles — on Mammoth Road in Manchester in Oct. 2018.
Roger Roy, of Manchester, is charged with Class S felony aggravated felonious sexual assault. He is accused of rape in Manchester in July. He is also charged with Class A felony theft with the use of physical force. He is accused of strangling his victim until she lost consciousness and then stealing items from her. He is also charged with Class B felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He is accused of threatening his female victim with a gun if she did not stay silent.

Keanna Salmon, of Dalton, is charged with Class B felony drug possession. She is accused of knowingly possession carisoprodol in Goffstown in March.
John Santana-Cedeno, of Manchester, is charged with Class B felony assault with extreme indifference to human life. He is accused of striking a male victim in the head and dragging him to the ground – causing him to bleed by his head and mouth – outside of Eddy’s Barber Shop in Manchester in May.
Robert Severance, of Manchester, is charged with Special felony child sexual abuse and Class B felony failure to report as a registered sexual offender. He is accused of possessing multiple sexually explicit photos girls under 18. He is also accused of failing to report to Manchester Police that he created and used an Instagram account under the name of rayray_howsen and using that account to transmit sexually explicit photos of a girl under 18 to the username josh_kink_inc.
Donald Seymour, of Hillsboro, is charged with multiple counts of Class B reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He is accused of pointing a gun in the direction of a minor and group of people in Hillsboro in June 2018.
Thomas Turck, of Goffstown, is charged with Class A felony receiving stolen goods. Turck is accused of receiving a vehicle worth $1,500 in Manchester in June with the belief that the vehicle probably had been stolen.
Tyquanna Tyson, of Manchester, is charged with Class A felony theft and Class B felony fraud. She is accused of stealing a 2019 Subaru Ascent valued at more than $1,500 in Manchester in July. She is also accused of fraudulently obtaining a credit card and using it to purchase items valued at more than $1,000 from Foot Locker and Tilly’s in Manchester in July.
Nicholas Vallee, of Manchester, is charged with multiple counts of Class B felony fraud. He is accused of chasing forged checks at the Citizen’s Bank in Manchester in January and February.
George Wilson, of Manchester, is charged with Special felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and pattern abuse. He is accused of having sexual contact with a child under the age of 16 over a period of 16 months between Feb. 2018 and June 2019.
