Back in January 2015, according to a post on Peabody MA Patch, Muniz was arrested in Manchester after investigators received a tip that he was allegedly planning on bringing heroin into the state. Police spotted him at 7-Eleven on Maple Street and he was allegedly found to be in possession of 82 grams of heroin, which had a street value, at the time, of about $8,200. At the time, Muniz was living in Peabody.
Since Muniz was on probation, due to a previous conviction, he was held and later, released, but no one has seen him since.
