Accused Sex Offenders, Domestic Abusers Indicted: Court Log
Londonderry man accused of breaking woman's finger; Driver accused of lying to Bedford Police; Concord woman accused of taking stolen gun.
BEDFORD, NH — The following are some of the indictments issued out of Hillsborough Superior Court North in September.
Kevin Labelle, of Manchester, was charged with failure to report as a sex offender and attempting to pass forged checks. He is accused of Class A felony failure to report as required following a 2013 conviction in April. He is accused of attempting to pass fraudulent checks at a Citizen's Bank in Goffstown in February and March. Labelle was featured as a New Hampshire "Fugitive of the Week" in May.
James Liggins, of Londonderry, was charged with Class B felony assault. He is accused of second-degree assault for squeezing a female victim's hands and wrenching her fingers back — fracturing her finger — in February 2017.

Michelle Losbien, of Hillsboro, was charged with Class B felony second-degree assault. She is accused of attempting to strangle a victim in July in Deering.
William Mackey, of Nashua, was charged with Class B felony domestic violence assault and stalking. He is accused of punching his female intimate partner in the face with his fist — causing a fracture — in Manchester in June. He is also accused of stalking for violating a restraining order after previously having been convicted of stalking in 2018.

Angel Maldanado, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony assault with extreme indifference to human life. He is accused of punching an intimate partner in the head and stomach while she was pregnant in June.
Jevon Marceau, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony driving as a habitual offender. Marceau is accused of driving as a certified habitual offender and disobeying a police officer on Meetinghouse Road in Bedford in August 2017. He is also accused of giving the false name of “Justin Frost” to Bedford Police when questioned about the incident.
Roberto Nieves, of Manchester, is charged with Special felony aggravated sexual assault and tampering with a witness. Nieves is accused of grabbing a woman by her genital area and causing penetration in June. He is also accused of trying to convince someone — identified as his mother — to contact the victim with the case pending.
Brandy Parnell, of Manchester, is charged with Class B felony assault with a deadly weapon. She is accused of accelerating her car and striking a police officer.
Quinn Pollock, of Concord, is charged with Class A felony receiving stolen goods and Special felony drug charges. She is accused of receiving a stolen handgun stolen in Barrington in November 2018. She is also accused of selling methamphetamine and fentanyl to a person working with the Manchester Police in June.
George Poulin, of Manchester, is charged with Class B felony sexual solicitation and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of offering to give a 13-year-old girl a cell phone in exchange for undressing and letting him record a sexual act between the two. He is also accused of offering a juvenile girl a laptop and cash in exchange for sexually explicit photos of her and soliciting sexual acts and photos of her through his computer.
