Marshals Searching For Registered Sex Offender, Alleged Forger

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help finding a registered sex offender who is wanted on a number of charges. Kevin Labelle, 27, is 6-feet, 1-inch tall, and weighs around 165 lbs. He has hazel eyes, brown hair, and tattoos on both arms.
Labelle is wanted on warrants issued by Hillsborough County and the Manchester and Goffstown police departments for duty to report, failure to appear, and forgery. The failure to appear is on a probation violation charge for allegedly driving after being deemed a habitual offender, according to Brandon Wilson, a deputy marshal.
“Labelle was last known to be living in the Manchester area where he has friends and family,” Wilson stated.

Labelle, according to reports online, has been arrested a number of times during the past few years. Back in 2016, when he lived in Derry, Labelle was arrested in Londonderry driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in Bedford in July 2016.
In April 2017, he was arrested in Concord and charged with disobeying an officer and operating without a valid license. On Aug. 19, 2017, he was arrested in Londonderry on driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle charges after a crash on Old Derry Road. Seven hours later, he was arrested in Bedford on a Rockingham County warrant for the same charges.

According to the state of New Hampshire, Labelle was convicted of sexual assault in September 2010. He has also been convicted of criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, simple assault, and disobeying an officer, violation of terms of probation and parole and duty to report numerous times since 2009.
