U.S. Marshals Service: Kevin Labelle was attempting to hide in an apartment on Manchester's West Side.

CONCORD, NH — A number of valuable tips from the public led to the arrest of this week’s Fugitive of the Week in New Hampshire. Kevin Labelle, 27, was arrested on May 17, 2019, on three outstanding warrants. Those warrants were for failure to register as a sex offender in Manchester, a forgery charge issued by the Goffstown Police Department, and driving after being deemed a habitual offender charge from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
When Labelle was featured this week, the task force received “numerous valuable tips” about his location, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, and were able to determine his location in Manchester.
The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is comprised of deputy U.S. Marshals, and sheriff's deputies from Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham, and Strafford county offices.
