Goffstown woman charged with murder; Milford man charged with aggravated DUI; Bedford woman charged with drug possession.

BEDFORD, NH — The following are some of the indictments issued out of Hillsborough Superior Court-North in October.

Christie Benoit, of Greenfield, was charged with falsifying evidence to a police officer in Manchester in August. She is accused of placing fake blood on the floor of her apartment, and putting a dark substance on her face, in an attempt to deceive an officer conducting on an investigation. She was indicted on charges of Class B felony falsifying physical evidence.

Melanie Blackwood, of Bedford, lower right photo, was charged with three counts of Class B felony drug possession. She is accused of knowingly possessing cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine in Manchester in August. She was previously charged in a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. Between March 1 and April 4, she's accused of conspiring with Nicholas Ramalho to steal vacuum cleaners and other merchandise from Target and Walmart in Hooksett.

Victoria Boisvert, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony robbery in Goffstown. She is accused of aiding a robbery by driving Jonathan Grant to the Cumberland Farms for the purpose of committing a robbery, and driving him from the scene of the crime, in May.

Alex Call, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony resisting arrest and causing severe bodily injury. He is accused of refusing to get out of his car when officers attempted to arrest him, then resisting handcuffs to the extent where he broke an officer’s wrist in July.

Robert Caswell, of Manchester, was charged with Class B felony operating a vehicle as a habitual offender in Bedford in July. Caswell is accused of knowingly driving as a habitual offender on South River Road in Bedford in July.

Dan Charron, of Milford, was charged with Class B felony drug possession in Mount Vernon in Oct. 2018. He is accused of illegally possessing oxycodone. He is also charged with Class B felony aggravated driving under the influence for driving while impaired and being involved with an accident that caused serious injury to himself.

Jennifer Clow, of Goffstown, was charged with first-degree murder. She is accused of killing Sally Miller, her mother, with a gunshot to the head in Goffstown in June.

Khalid Dibi, of Manchester, lower left photo, was charged with Class B felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He is accused of brandishing a gun in the lobby of the Manchester Police Department in close proximity to others in a way that would have placed others in danger of severe bodily injury had he pulled the trigger in August. He is also charged with Class A felony receiving a stolen firearm for possessing a Ruger Blackhawk .357 he was likely to have known was stolen.

John Dowding, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with Special felony aggravated felonious sexual assault for sexual assault on a helpless female victim in Goffstown in April.

Alice Fisher, of Newport, was charged with three counts of Class B felony theft. She is accused of stealing from the Target in Bedford in June. She has two previous convictions of Class B felony theft or a Class A misdemeanor.

[Name Withheld], of Manchester, is charged with felonious sexual assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting a female at gunpoint in Manchester and July.

Dennis Fournier, of Manchester, is charged with felonious sexual assault. He is accused of sexually assaulting a man in a public restroom in April.
