Alleged Rapists, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County

Concord woman indicted on drug charges, woman indicted for riot, Queen City man indicted on allegedly threatening to kill girl and child.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Heather Page, 24, of Park Street in Hillsboro, for felony riot. On Oct. 22, 2017, in Hillsboro, she, along with two other people, allegedly engaged in violent conduct by blinding officers with a flashlight-type device causing an officer to be injured to the groin.

Jenna Patterson, 31, of Charles Street in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine allegedly on Dec. 4, 2017, in Manchester.

James Paulino, 33, of Log Street in Manchester, on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between Aug. 20, and Nov. 21, 2017, he allegedly raped a girl under 13 in Manchester.

Jamal Perez, 24, of Water Street in Lawrence, MA, for attempted sale of a controlled drug-heroin. On Nov. 17, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly made arrangements with another person to sell 250 grams of heroin valued at $5,500.

Ernesto Pinder, 23, of Tibbits Hill Road in Goffstown, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine allegedly on May 13, 2017, in Manchester.

Tiffinie Portinari, 37, of Bedford Road in Merrimack, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Queen City Avenue in Manchester on Dec. 18, 2017.

Matthew Poulin, 39, of Westwood Drive in Manchester, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as two counts of criminal threatening, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime/injury. On Dec. 10, 2017, he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman and pushed a girl and threatened to kill them in Manchester.

Timothy Primeau, 35, of Douglas Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception. On Dec. 25, 2017, he allegedly returned a stolen item in exchange for a gift card at Rite Aid in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft twice in Nashua District Court in October 2016, and Cheshire County Superior Court in March 2016.

Benjamin Quarmon, 35, of Wayne Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, heroin with intent to dispense and convicted felons-firearm allegedly on Nov. 16, 2017, in Manchester. In October 2010, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a felony possession in Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia.

Daniel Rabbitt, 37, of Wilson Street in Manchester for stalking and three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between July 12, and Aug. 1, 2017, he allegedly raped an intimate partner in Manchester. On Dec. 9, 2017, he allegedly violated the provisions of a protective order on Lowell Street in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in June 2016, in Manchester District Court.

Nicholas Ramalho, 21, of South Willow Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. Between June 22, and Sept. 6, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with Cody Loos to steal vacuums at Walmart in Bedford. And, On Aug. 21, and Aug. 29, 2017, he allegedly worked with two others to steal vacuum cleaners and a computer from Walmart in Bedford.
